Justice System Reform and Change Management Directorate

The Justice System Reform and Change Management Directorate is a department of the Ministry under the Institutional Building and Reform Division. It coordinates the implementation of the Justice System Reform Program within the institution. It oversees the establishment and operation of a service delivery, complaint, and feedback management system, ensures the measurement and evaluation of customer satisfaction levels, and promotes the development of a positive institutional culture. It also designs and implements change tools in line with the institution’s mission, monitors their practical implementation, and supports the initiation of resource mobilization or assists relevant departments in their project proposal preparation. In addition, it explores opportunities for technical and financial support from various stakeholders, submits proposals for support requests, and ensures that projects aimed at improving the justice system is effectively monitored, supported, and evaluated. Furthermore, the directorate supervises and assists in the planning, resource mobilization, and implementation of strategic projects, ensuring their effectiveness.
