Noah Takele has been leading the Department of Justice System Reform and Change Management Directorate since 2020. Noah is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in prosecution and justice system reform. Before his current role, he has served in various positions within the Oromia region, starting from the woreda Justice Office level and progressing to regional Office roles. Noah has dedicated his career to upholding justice and promoting the rule of law.
With a passion for training and capacity building, Noah spent five years as a trainer at Oromia Legal Training and Research Institute, where he imparted his knowledge and expertise to aspiring legal professionals. His commitment to nurturing young talents in the legal field reflects his dedication to the improvement of the justice system in Ethiopia.
Noah’s leadership skills and strategic thinking led him to hold the position of Chief of Staff for the office of the state minister; Government’s Legal and Justice Service Division where he demonstrated management abilities. He effectively coordinated and supported decision-making processes, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.
Currently, Noah serves as the Director for the Justice System Reform and Change Management Directorate. In this role, he plays a crucial role in driving positive transformations in the justice system. His responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility of the justice system.
