Submit a Complaint or Provide Feedback

The Ministry of Justice welcomes feedback from citizens regarding legal, criminal, and administrative matters. Use the forms below to report concerns, provide feedback, or submit complaints. Your submissions will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate department for further action.

  • Legal or Criminal Matters: Report issues related to general criminal activities or asset recovery (ጥቆማ).
  • Administrative Matters: Submit concerns about the Ministry’s services, prosecution, or general administrative issues.

 

All submissions will be handled with confidentiality, and responses will be provided where necessary.

Legal or Criminal Matters Feedback Form

Allows citizens to report or provide feedback on criminal matters, which will be forwarded to the appropriate department.


Administrative Matters Feedback Form

Collects feedback and complaints about MoJ services, including service delivery, prosecution, or administrative issues.
