WHEREAS, The Amendment to the Protocol Agreement, on Port Sudan Utilization between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of the Sudan was signed in Addis Ababa on the 24th day of January, 2003;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Amendment at its session held on the 3rd day of July, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Article (1) and (12) of the constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
