WHEREAS, an Agreement of General Cooperation between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was signed at Riyad, on the 7th day of October, 2002;
WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into force on the day on which both parties fulfill their respective constitutional requirements;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 26th day of June, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
