WHEREAS, the African Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption has been signed on the 11th day of July 2003 in Maputo, Mozambique;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Convention;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) and (2)of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
