WHEREAS, the Agreement on Cultural, Scientific and Educational Cooperation between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Islamic Republic of Iran was signed in Addis Ababa the 21st day of October, 2003;

WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 18th day of October, 2005;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows;
