In accordance with Article 55(1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No 648/2009 a supplementary of recurrent and capital budget is hereby proclaimed:
