WHEREAS, the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency;
WHEREAS, the Government of Ethiopia has supported the amendment to Article VI of the Statute on the composition of the Board of Governors of the Agency;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in its session held on December 23, 2003 has accepted the ratification of the Amendment to Article VI of the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency adopted on 1 October 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
