Whereas, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Agence Francaise De Developpement stipulating that Agence Francaise De Developpement shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Eighty Million EURO (EURO 80,000,000) to Support the Ethiopian`s government economic reforms agenda, based on the Homegrown Economic Reform 2.0 Plan, was signed on the 11th day of February 2026;
