WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Agence Francaise De Developpement stipulating that Agence Francaise De Developpement shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Eighty million EURO (EURO 80,000,000) for financing Renewable Integrated Sustainable Energy and Digitalization Project, was signed on the 12th day of August 2025; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 12th regular session held on 22nd day of March, 2026;
