Whereas, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and European Investment Bank stipulating that European Investment Bank shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to One Hundred Ten Million Euro (Euro 110,000,000) for Rural Financial Intermediation Program was signed on the 24th December 2025; whereas, the house of peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 17th regular session held on 28th day of March 2026;
