WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the King Dam of Eswatini Concerning Air Services was signed in Riyadh, on 4th day of December 2023; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 23th Regular Session held on 4th day of June, 2026; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
