WHEREAS, an Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Poland stipulating the Government of Republic of the Poland provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Credit amount to 50,000,000 USD (Fifty Million United States Dollars) for financing of Projects in the Modernization of the Economy and the public Sector as well as Development of Rural areas was signed in Addis Ababa on the 20th day of March 2015;
WHEREAS the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Credit Agreement at its session held on the 30th day of June 2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
