WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulated that the International Development Association shall provide to The Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan an amount equivalent to Thirty Seven Million Two Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights SDR 37,200,000) for financing Ethiopia Human Capital Operation, was signed in Addis Ababa on 25th Day of July, 2023;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified The said agreement at its 3rd year working period, 2nd ordinary session held on 12th Day of October, 2023
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
