WHEREAS, the Transfer of Sentenced Persons Treaty between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Federative Republic of Brazil has been signed in Addis Ababa, on the 11th day of October, 2024;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 9th regular session held on 22nd day of January, 2026;
