WHERE AS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association to stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to twenty seven million three hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 27, 300, 0000) for Additional Financing for Expressway Development Support Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 25th day of June, 2025,
WHERE AS,this loan agreement was approved by the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the F.D.R.E during its 2nd extraordinary session held on 4th day of July ,2025; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub articles (1) and (12) of the F.D.R.E Constitution, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows:
