WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Two Hundred Ninety-Seven Million Six Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 297,600,000) for financing Food Systems Resilience Program was signed in Addis Ababa on 24th Day of June, 2022;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 6th ordinary session held on 24th Day of November, 2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
