WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Ten Million Euro (Euro 10,000,000.00) for financing Sustainable Development Goals Performance Fund Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 26th day of November, 2021;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its 6th regular session held on 24th day of November, 2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
