WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan in an amount equivalent to Twenty Four Million Euro (Euro 24,000,000.00) for financing the Basin Scale Resilience Initiative for Ethiopia Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 9th day of March, 2023;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 3rd year working period, 1st ordinary session held on the 12th day of October, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
