WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Bank stipulating that the African Development Bank shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Fifty Two million USD (USD 52,000,000) for Eastern Ethiopia Electricity Grid Reinforcement Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 19th Day of February, 2024;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the agreement, 29th ordinary session held on 30th Day of May, 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
