WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount of One Hundred Seven Million One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand and Two Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars (US$107,174,255) for financing Second Ethiopia Resilient Landscapes and Livelihoods Project, was signed in Addis Ababa, on 8th Day of August, 2022;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 12th ordinary session held on 30th Day of March, 2023;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
