WHEREAS, the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has entered into basic Agreement with the Government of the Hellenic Republic for the promotion of friendly relations and cooperations among the people of the two countries;
WHEREAS, the Government of Ethiopia has expressed its willingness to develop cooperations in various fields in conformity with mutual benefits;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has accepted the ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Hellenic Republic on Cooperation in the field of Tourism at its session held on 8th day of April, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
