WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia an additional loan amount of SDR 79,700,000 (seventy-nine million seven hundred thousand SDR) for financing the Second Additional Financing for Productive Safety Net Project IV was signed in Addis Ababa on the 9th day of May 2017;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 16th day of May 2017;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
