WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to One Hundred Thirty-Eight Million Nine Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 138,900,000) for financing Ethiopia Digital Foundations Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 7th day of May, 2021;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 5th special session held on 7th day of July, 2012;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
