WHEREAS, the Additional Loan Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Government of the Federal Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of one hundred twenty-one million seven hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 121,700,000) for financing the Competitiveness and Job Creation Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 29th day of June 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session held on the 6th day of November 2018;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
