WHEREAS, A Financing Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Credit in an amount not exceeding 144,800,000.00 SDR (one hundred forty four million and eight hundred thousand SDR) Special Drawing Rights for financing the Small and Medium Enterprise Finance Project, was singed in Addis Ababa on the 15th day of June, 2016.
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Financing Agreement at its session held on 7th the day of July, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with of Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
