WHEREAS, A financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan in an amount not exceeding SDR 391,900,000 (three hundred ninety one million nine hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing Productive Safety Net APL IV Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 31 day of October 2014;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 29th day of January 2015;
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
