WHEREAS, a Financing agreement between the Federal Democratic republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Credit in an amount not exceeding SDR 12,700,000 (twelve million seven hundred thousand SQR) for financing Private Sector Development Capacity Building Project. was signed in Addis Ababa on 10th March. 2005;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement ac its session held on the 2151 day of June, 2005;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles (I) and ( 12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows;
