WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit amount of 32,200,000 SDR (thirty two million two hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing Women Entrepreneurship Development Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 12th day of June 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 11th day of July 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub- article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
