WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 176,900,000 Special Drawing Rights (One hundred seventy six million Nine hundred thousand SDR) Regular Credit; and $125,000,000 (one hundred twenty five million United States Dollar) from Scale- Up Facility Credit for financing the Ethiopia Electrification Program was signed in Addis Ababa on the 9th day of March 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 31st day of May 2018;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
