WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit amount of 129,200,000 SDR (one hundred twenty nine million two hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing the Electricity Network Reinforcement and Expansion Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 12th day of June 2012;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 11th day of July 2012;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub- article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
