WHEREAS, Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit amount of 113,700,000 SDR (one hundred thirteen million seven hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) and a grant amount of 161,700,000 (One hundred sixty one million seven hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for Additional Financing to Protection of Basic Services Program-Phase II Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 10th day of March 2011;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 7th day of April, 2011;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
