WHEREAS, Additional Financing Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan in an amount not exceeding SDR 238,600,000 (two hundred thirty eight million six hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for Additional Financing Productive Safety Net APL III Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 4th day of May, 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 28th day of June 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
