WHEREAS, an Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Poland stipulating that the Government of the Republic of Poland provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Credit amounting to 50,000,000 USD (fifty million United States Dollars) for financing the value of contracts for the delivery of goods and services that help in the modernization of agriculture was signed in Addis Ababa on the 25th day of February, 2014;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Credit Agreement at its session held on the 27th day of March, 2014;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
