WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of 15,000,000 million Euro (fifteen million Euro) for partly financing Small and Medium Towns Water, Sanitaion and Related Infrastructure Rehabiliation Programme was sugned in Addis Ababa on the 15th day of June 2015;
WHEREAS, the House of peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 8th day of December 2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
