WHEREAS, the Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic provides to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan in an amount of Euro 8,000,000 (Eight million Euro) for partially financing Promoting Basic Services program Phase III Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 5th day of September 2014;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 30th day of April 2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is here by proclaimed as follows:
