WHEREAS, a loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the European Investment Bank stipulating that the European Investment Bank provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 40,000,000 (forty million) Euro for partly financing Small and Medium Towns Water Supply, Satiation and Infrastructure Expansion and Rehabilitation programme was signed in Addis Ababa on the 26th day of November 2015 and in Luxembourg on 3rd day of of December 2015;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of April, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in according with Article 55 (1) and (12) of Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
