WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the European Investment Bank stipulating that the European Investment Bank provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 30,000,000 Euro (Thirty Million Euro) for financing the Women Entrepreneurship Development Program, was signed in Addis Ababa and Luxembourg on the 19th Day of November 2018;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 13th Day of June 2019;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
