WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export-Import Bank of Korea stipulating that the Export-Import Bank of Korea provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Eighty Six Million United States Dollars (USD 86,000,000) for financing the Establishment of Centers of Excellence for Adama Science and Technology University Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 26th Day of August 2019;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Credit Facility Agreement at its session held on 30th Day of April 2020;
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
