WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount equivalent to ten million Euro (Euro 10,000,000.00) for financing Support Ethiopian agribusiness development operating in the coffee value chain, through de-risking investments and institutional support to the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 9th Day of March, 2023;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 3rd year working period, 1st ordinary session held on 12th Day of October, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
