WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and International Development Association stipulating that International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to two hundred ninety four million nine hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 294,900,000) for financing Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation program was signed on the 15th day of August 2025;
