WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export-Import Bank of Korea stipulating that Export-Import Bank of Korea provide to the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Sixty Three Million United States Dollar (63,000,000 USD) for financing the Establishment of Addis Ababa Bus Rapid Transit Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 1st day of April, 2020;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of May, 2020;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
