WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export-Import Bank of Korea stipulating that the Export-Import Bank of Korea provide to the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Thirty Million United States Dollar (USD 30,000,000) for financing Medical Equipment Provision Project in response to COVID-19, was signed in Addis Ababa on 30th day of June, 2020;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its 4th urgent session held on the 22nd day of September, 2020
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
