Whereas, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Export –Import Bank of Korea stipulating that Export –Import Bank of Korea shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Thirty Million United States Dollar (USD 30,000,000) for financing Medical Equipment provision project phase 2 was signed on the 31th day of March 2025; WHEREAS, the house of peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 12th regular session held on 24th day of March 2026;
