WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and International Development Association stipulating that International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Thirty-Eight Million One Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 38,100,000) for financing Ethiopia Education Transformation Operation for Learning (ETOL) Operation under the Advancing Innovative Methods to Promote Learning in Eastern and Southern Africa Multiphase Programmatic Approach Program was signed on the 31th day of March 2025;

WHEREAS, the House of peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said loan agreement at its 29th regular session held on 13th day of May 2025;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
