Whereas, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Export –Import Bank of Korea stipulating that Export –Import Bank of Korea shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia an Additional Loan in an amount equivalent to Sixty Million Two Hundred Twenty Three Thousand United States Dollar (USD 60,223,000) for financing Southern Extension of the National Electricity Grid Power Transmission Project was signed on the 24th day of October 2025;

Whereas, the house of peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 12th regular session held on 24th day of March 2026;
