WHEREAS, the Transfer of Sentenced Persons Treaty between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the People’s Republic of China has been signed in Beijing- China, on the 5th day of September, 2024;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 9th regular session held on 22nd day of January, 2026;
