WHEREAS, Additional Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Credit in an amount of 142,000,000 SDR (one hundred forty two million SDR) Special Drawing Rights for financing Electricity Network Reinforcement and Expansion Project was singed in Addis Ababa on the 15th day of June, 2016.
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 7 the day of July, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with of Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
