This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers in accordance with Paragraph (b) of Sub-Article (2) of Article 8 and Sub-Article (1) of Article 15 of the Immigration Citizenship Service Re-established Proclamation No. 1338/2024.

PART ONE

GENERAL

1. Short Title

This Regulation may be cited as the “Immigration and Citizenship Service Employees Administration Regulation No. 560/2024”.

2. Definition

In this regulation unless the context requires otherwise:

1/ “Service” means the Immigration and Citizenship Service;

2/ “Head of the Service” means the Director General or Deputy Director General of the Service;
